Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping with orders over $99.00

For any orders with a sub-total of over $99.00, we will currently ship your order to you free of charge, within the continental US using the carrier of our choice.  Most of our shipments are mailed with USPS Priority Mail, include tracking number, and usually have guaranteed delivery times within 2-3 days, based on delivery zones under normal weather/fire conditions.  We are not responsible for shipments lost and/or if the address given to us is undeliverable.

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an unopened item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to proceed with the return - Please note: unless the returned item is due to our error, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for a credit or a refund.  We are not responsible for shipments lost during delivery and unless we receive the product back, a refund can not be issued.

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.  Only upon receipt of the returned item, the replacement item will be shipped to the customer.  If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will issue a return label at no cost to the customer to return the item to us.

Shipping

Currently, we can only ship to destinations within the continental US.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.  Our main shipping method is through USPS and if expedited services or other arrangements need to be made, additional shipping costs may apply - Please contact us directly via email if these delivery services are required before placing your order.
